Fall 2004 Presentation

On December 7, the French Club met in the Multi at the Ray School for the final class of the Fall 2004 session. Classes performed before the entire group, which also included some visiting parents.

The K/1 group, led by Helene Miles and Martina Hansen, did a spirited "Un pas en avant", followed by "1 2 3 Je m'en vais au bois". They enjoyed using their baskets and horns as props for the second song.

The Grade 2 group, led by Gloria and Erica Finkelstein, performed a very active "Sur le pont d'Avignon" dance. Everyone joined in for the final round.

The Grade 4/5 group, led by Melina Walker and Bill Mlacak, did "Un pas en avant" as a reprise, but with a different dance.

Certificates of completion were handed out to all the students by club coordinator Joanna Whitcomb. Certificates of thanks were then given to all staff.

After the formalities, everyone snacked on "bûche de Noël" and clementines.
